About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform, trusted by more than 17,000 customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting over 2 million code reviews each week. We build the symbiotic partnership between developers and AI that makes shipping fast software safe again, reviewing every pull request, IDE change, and CLI commit so teams can move quickly without breaking things.

We are a fast-moving, well-funded company, fresh off a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation — building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve.

Role Overview

As a Global Benefits Operations Manager, you will own benefits across EMEA, APAC, the US, and Canada, working with both our owned entities and EOR partners. You’ll keep our programs compliant and consistent across regions, advise on local requirements, and make sure our people feel supported at every stage.

This is a build role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a global benefits function from the ground up.

Responsibilities
EOR-to-Entity and PEO Transitions

  • Lead the benefits workstream for moving countries from EORs to owned entities, partnering with Legal, Finance, and Payroll on plan establishment, statutory enrollments, and employee transition communications

  • Lead the evaluation, vendor selection, and migration from our PEO to direct US benefits administration, including carriers, brokers, payroll and HRIS integration, and open enrollment readiness

  • Manage EOR relationships and employees under EORs

Operations and Escalation

  • Own benefits operations across enrollment, renewals, mid-year changes, and offboarding, with clear SLAs and reliable issue resolution

  • Serve as the escalation point and advisor for complex benefits, leave of absence, and time off cases, partnering with Legal and brokers as needed

  • Administer leave policies (parental, medical, disability) and coordinate them across jurisdictions

  • Ensure benefits information is accurate, current, and consistent across the HRIS, benefits portal, intranet, and handbooks

  • Design and improve benefits processes and policies so they are clear, scalable, and well documented

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local benefits, insurance, and social security regulations in every operating jurisdiction, adapting practices as rules evolve

  • Manage US federal and state compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, state leave and benefits requirements) and Canadian federal and provincial requirements

  • Flag emerging risks and partner with Legal and outside counsel on country-specific questions

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of benefits experience

  • Experience managing benefits in a hypergrowth or new-market-entry environment

  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, 401(k))

  • Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits and statutory requirements, with sound judgment on when to bring in local counsel or advisors

  • Experience with PEOs and EORs

  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms

    Our Values

  • 🤝 Collaborative Humans — Prioritizing collective intelligence

  • 🚀 Fearless Innovators — Turning obstacles into growth opportunities

  • 💪 Persistent, Passionate Developers — Thriving on complex, long-term challenges

  • 🎯 Impact-Driven Creators — Crafting intuitive tools for developers

  • 🧠 Rapid Learners and Un-learners — Adapting quickly in our fast-paced technological world
