ABOUT THE ROLE
- As the Global AI-Enhanced Learning & Development Manager, you will reinvent how SharkNinja equips teams to support consumers with empathy, expertise, and speed. You'll design modern, engaging learning experiences using AI, adaptive content, simulations, and continuous learning models. This role goes far beyond traditional training-it's about building a global capability engine that keeps pace with our innovation and reflects our Hear It, Feel It, Fix It approach. You'll transform learning from static instruction into dynamic, personalized, skill-building journeys that strengthen trust and improve outcomes.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Redesign global training programs using modern learning principles, multimedia content, AI personas, simulations, and adaptive pathways.
- Enable learning that shifts from instructor based to self-taught, leveraging the latest technology in those spaces
- Lead the creation of engaging new-hire training, ongoing capability development, and global product launch readiness.
- Introduce AI-driven assessment models to evaluate decision-making, empathy, and real-world readiness.
- Optimize the knowledge and training in-take process to ensure consistency of submissions
- Partner with Global QA and Operations to close skill gaps, reinforce quality expectations, and drive consistent performance.
- Collaborate with Technology to inform improvements to learning platforms.
- Ensure training is globally scalable while tailoring content for local markets and consumer nuances.
- Create learning experiences that deepen empathy, build confidence, and strengthen consumer trust.
- Establish a regular engagement and feedback cycle with those in learning and development roles our vendor partners
- Travel to our international engagement centres as required
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience welcome.
- 6-8+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, training, enablement, or capability-building roles.
- Demonstrated success modernizing slide-based training into interactive, AI-enhanced, and self-directed learning experiences
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, personalization, skills mapping, learning analytics, and performance enablement
- Proven ability to design learner-centered, performance-based learning journeys that embed empathy and trust in the flow of work
- Experience scaling learning programs across global teams, ensuring localization, accessibility, and cultural relevance
- Ability to translate complex product knowledge into simple, visual, and engaging content.
- Strong collaboration skills across QA, Product, Tech, Operations, and BPO partners.
- Creative, experimental mindset with a track record of elevating outdated learning models.
- Exceptional communication skills and passion for empowering teams to deliver empathetic, trust-building service.
