Hourly Pay + Tips — The better the experience you deliver, the more you can earn!

🗝️ What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and check in guests with a warm, positive attitude

  • Brief players on game rules, safety, and storyline

  • Use Escapology’s M3 software to provide hints and clues during gameplay

  • Keep the atmosphere upbeat, engaging, and fun for guests and teammates

  • Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Maintain a clean, organized environment following daily/weekly/monthly schedules

  • Ensure guest and staff safety at all times

  • Assist with general operational tasks as needed

  • Stay current on training and follow direction from the Head Game Master or management

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to work well within a team environment

  • Employment contingent upon successful Background Check and/or CORI Screening

  • Minimum age of 18 years old

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) and move between rooms quickly

  • TiPS Certification (training provided if not currently certified)

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
