Lead day-to-day operations of an escape-room venue: staff hiring, training and scheduling; guest service and sales; event coordination; inventory, maintenance, basic technical troubleshooting, cash-handling, and performance tracking. Provide game mastering, reset games, serve beverages, enforce safety and compliance, and maintain franchise standards.

Lead daily operations of an escape-room venue: hire, train, schedule and coach staff; manage guest experience, private events, sales, inventory, cash handling, facility maintenance, and basic technical/prop repairs; use M3 software for game support; enforce safety, alcohol-service compliance, and company standards; drive revenue and manage operational controls.

As a Game Master, you will welcome guests, brief them on game rules, provide hints, maintain a fun atmosphere, and assist with operational tasks.
