Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, .NET, C#, and AWS serverless services. Translate Salesforce workflows into modern web interfaces and support migration to a custom technology stack, including data modeling, integrations, and cutover planning. Develop APIs, write tested code, participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, and communicate technical progress and trade-offs with technical and business stakeholders.
This is a remote position.

Rate Range: Up to $80 on C2C or $72 in W2

Responsibilities:
- Design and build user-facing features in React, translating existing Salesforce workflows into modern web interfaces.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#).
- Build and deploy serverless functions and event-driven workflows using AWS Lambda and supporting AWS services.
- Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to understand legacy Salesforce processes and re-architect them for the new stack.
- Participate in the end-to-end migration from Salesforce to the custom stack, including data modeling, integration, and cutover planning.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code across the full stack.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience building production web applications with React, including hooks, component architecture, and state management.
- Solid backend development experience with .NET and C#, including building and consuming APIs.
- Practical experience with AWS Lambda and related serverless and cloud services such as API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and EventBridge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working across the full stack in a fast-paced or migration-focused environment.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, or admin/config), especially migrating off Salesforce
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code such as CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced modernization environment
