Job Description

As a Fractional Talent Consultant, you will partner with small business clients to manage their hiring process from start to finish, providing expert recruiting support on a flexible, part-time basis. You will use your experience to attract, screen, and present top candidates, helping small teams grow efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates

  • Partner with client hiring managers to clarify hiring objectives and priorities

  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members

  • Develop and document recruiting plans, timelines, and candidate tracking

  • Deliver a professional, consultative experience to clients and candidates

  • Support small businesses with recruiting strategy, interview coordination, and offer management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably corporate or agency

  • Experience with sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, and full-cycle recruiting

  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred

  • MS Office proficiency

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote, flexible, part-time / fractional role

  • Ideal candidates are consultative, organized, and experienced in small business hiring

  • Compensation is project or hourly based, depending on client engagement
