About Giga

Giga builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world. We manufacture transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers for customers across the United States and the globe. Together, our team combines fresh perspectives with deep industry experience to solve real-world problems for our customers. We move fast and think practically. If you're ready to make an impact in an industry that matters, we're looking for people like you.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a founding Demand Generation Director to help us build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation programs that drive real pipeline and revenue for Giga Energy. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll own demand strategy across outbound, paid media, inbound conversion, events, and sales enablement.

You’ll partner closely with our sales, content, and creative teams to engage high-value end users and distributors—from first touch all the way through opportunity creation. This is a strategic, hands-on role that reports to the Head of Marketing and plays a key part in shaping how Giga creates and captures demand in a complex, relationship-driven industry.

Where you’ll work

Remote with San Francisco or Houst preferred: If based outside of our Houston or San Francisco hubs, this role will be based remotely from your home office and you must be willing to occasionally travel to one of our hub offices 3 days out of the month. If based in Houston or San Francisco, we are fully in-office besides our bi-weekly WFH Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Giga’s ABM and demand generation strategy—partnering with sales to engage high-priority accounts through multi-channel, personalized campaigns
  • Design and launch campaigns to create net-new interest and capture in-market demand
  • Optimize the inbound funnel, including website performance, landing page conversion, and lead routing
  • Manage paid media strategy end-to-end—including targeting, budget allocation, ad copy, and collaboration with creative
  • Partner with content and SEO leads to drive discoverability and high-intent traffic
  • Coordinate with the events team to extend campaign impact around key tradeshows and in-person moments
  • Work closely with the BDR and sales team to align efforts around revenue—not just lead volume
  • Build and maintain attribution and reporting models to track performance across all demand programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing—ideally in a B2B or industrial environment
  • Deep understanding of modern GTM strategy and how to align sales and marketing around shared targets
  • Ability to design, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns independently
  • Strong grasp of how to balance brand-building with pipeline generation
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, optimization, and measurement

Bonus points

  • Experience marketing to technical, industrial, or infrastructure buyers
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Clay, GA4, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Previous collaboration with BDRs or outbound sales teams
  • Experience running demand programs around events or field marketing

Benefits

  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Commuter benefits
  • Monthly team onsites where all offices come in–person to collaborate
