Job DescriptionOur technology powers financial services firms who are running due diligence on billion-dollar deals and want to make their analysts faster and smarter.
You will own end-to-end execution of projects with strategic customers, working directly with customers and internal engineering teams to implement solutions. You'll have close feedback loops with users and our Product team. In the past year, we have shipped:
- Self-serve terabyte-scale semantic indexing on demand for normal humans
- Agentic workflows for information retrieval, synthesis + attribution as trustworthy as an experienced investment banking associate. Check out the OpenAI blog on us here!
- A Public Companies search experience that lets people run analyses at unprecedented scale (without a 30 person data engineering team :) )
This role is based out of our New York City office in Soho.
ResponsibilitiesA day might span:
- Meeting with customers to understand their AI strategy and workflows
- Helping scope tradeoffs and timelines with our deployment team
- Designing and implementing a custom solutions and prototypes, iterating on it with internal and external stakeholders
- 4+ years of software engineering experience at a venture-backed startup or leading technology firm.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
- Strong interpersonal and coding skills + an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable hacking directly in front of a customer or customer dev.
- Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major initiatives.
- Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership
