Job Summary

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. This role combines software engineering, solution design, and customer-facing execution, with a strong focus on turning real customer needs into working systems that deliver measurable value.

What you will do
  • Partner with customers to understand workflows, technical environments, and success criteria

  • Support pre-sales discovery and technical solution shaping

  • Design and prototype AI-native applications and agents

  • Build and deploy production-ready systems

  • Integrate with APIs, enterprise systems, and customer environments

  • Troubleshoot issues and unblock adoption

  • Translate business needs into executable technical solutions

  • Identify product gaps and edge cases from customer work

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to feed back implementation insights

  • Build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we’re looking for
  • Strong software engineering background with experience shipping production systems

  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or similar

  • Hands-on experience building AI-native applications, agents, or LLM-powered systems

  • Strong understanding of APIs, modern application architectures, and enterprise integrations

  • Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and communicate tradeoffs clearly

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-moving environments

  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • High ownership and focus on customer outcomes

It would be great if you also have
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with live prototypes or proofs of value

  • Experience influencing product direction through customer-facing work

  • Familiarity with agent frameworks, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration patterns

  • Background in startups or high-growth environments

  • Experience working across both pre-sale and post-sale phases of customer delivery
