The Opportunity
As a Forward Deployed Data Engineering - Experienced Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that meet the evolving needs of clients. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborating with team members to gather and analyze business requirements for software development projects
- Applying programming languages and scripting skills to create efficient and scalable software systems
- Utilizing API management and enterprise application integration techniques to streamline software functionality
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to optimize software deployment processes
- Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to validate smooth operation and performance
- Engaging in quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and reliability
- Participating in software project management activities to align with project timelines and deliverables
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success
- Embracing opportunities for learning and growth by actively seeking feedback and reflecting on experiences

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
