You will report to a manager on the Adoption Services team.

  • Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on customer requirements, organizational priorities, and delivery models

  • Deliver role-based training for owner stakeholders, design teams, project leaders, and executive audiences

  • Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in both live project environments and broader organizational transformation initiatives

  • Partner with sales and account teams on implementation planning, customer success strategies, and expansion opportunities

  • Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices across the building lifecycle

  • Share implementation insights and customer feedback with Autodesk product teams to help shape future product direction

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with direct experience working for, or closely with, owners on capital projects, portfolio planning, project delivery, or building operations

  • Demonstrate understanding of the full building lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and operations

  • Experience leading software implementation, workflow transformation, training, or consulting engagements in the AEC industry

  • General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both project teams and executive stakeholders

  • Forward-thinking mindset and a passion for advancing the industry through technology and digital transformation

  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support in-person customer engagements and internal collaboration

  • Experience with Forma, Preconstruction, Build, or related Autodesk solutions is strongly preferred

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have previously worked for an owner or in a role directly supporting owner organizations, and understand how they evaluate projects, manage stakeholders, and make decisions across the asset lifecycle

  • You can credibly speak to the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle and connect Forma Industry Cloud products to customer priorities and business outcomes

  • You are passionate about serving architect, engineer, owner, and manufacturing customers and helping them transform how they plan, deliver, and operate projects

  • You can communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, while telling compelling stories that demonstrate the value of digital transformation
