Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

· Conduct root cause analysis of optical line card failures through electrical debugging.

· Lead the Debug team in investigating production failures and identifying trends.

· Report on failure trends and manage open/closed cases weekly.

· Collaborate with internal design teams to suggest and implement design changes.

· Create and maintain product troubleshooting guides for team use.

· Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation across components and subsystems.

· Author technical reports to document findings and solutions.

· Mentor and guide other debug engineers and technicians on key projects.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

· BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience debugging electrical circuits

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

· Experience with hardware testing and PCBA troubleshooting
