About the Role: 

The Financial Systems and Analytics Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our financial systems and providing actionable insights through data analysis. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise reports.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Financial Systems Maintenance:
    • Administer and maintain the company's financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
    • Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
    • Automate manual processes to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
  • Compliance and Control:
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
    • Assist with internal and external audits, providing data and documentation as required.
Who You Are:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and systems administration.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, BI tools).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A desire to learn and understand the underlying drivers of financial performance.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis.
  • Proactive: Takes initiative to identify and address potential issues.
  • Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with colleagues across different departments.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range
$80,000$125,000 USD
