As a Financial Services International Tax Compliance Senior Associate you will support client-facing international tax compliance work within our Tax Services practice, helping clients navigate cross-border tax rules and develop approaches that align with their business goals. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while developing your technical skills and professional judgment. Responsibilities
- Analyzing international tax compliance requirements for financial services clients and identifying implications for cross-border structures
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns, workpapers, and supporting documentation for multinational reporting obligations
- Researching international tax laws, regulations, and treaty provisions to inform compliance positions and client recommendations
- Interpreting financial data and entity structures to support tax accounting, controlled foreign company, and global structuring matters
- Applying tax compliance tools and methodologies to organize deliverables, track deadlines, and manage assigned workstreams
- Coordinating with client teams to gather information, clarify issues, and advance filing and documentation activities
- Reviewing work performed by junior team members and providing guidance on technical accuracy and approach
- Tracking changes in tax rules and using that insight to adapt compliance processes and support client requests
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity).
