Financial Analyst, FP&A - Global Sourcing
Summary of Position
The position of Financial Analyst, Global Sourcing within FP&A will support Finance leadership and cross-functional departments to provide actionable analytics and reporting. The primary responsibilities include supporting the Supply Chain function and assisting global teams in areas such as strategic sourcing, tooling, cost optimization, and product costing. This role will support forecasting, scenario analysis, and spend-to-budget tracking. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A Sourcing, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to partner with the business is crucial to success.
Essential Functions
  • Key member of a global Product & Sourcing FP&A team
  • Key business partner to Global Supply Chain leadership
  • Partner with Supply Chain teams and cross-functional colleagues to support both standard reporting and ongoing scenario analyses to enable informed decision-making while managing rapidly evolving landscape
  • Create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information that is communicated effectively to the business
  • Support standard weekly meetings across a variety of partner functions and levels of seniority
  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation or process improvement
  • Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned

Key Projects / Areas of Highlight
  • Sourcing impact and analysis
  • Maintain model assumption "source of truth" directory
  • Tooling & program investment analysis & ownership
  • Working with global team members requires flexibility and respect for time zone requirements (meeting schedules, communication timelines, etc.); key business partners located in Asia

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred, ideally in consumer products or manufacturing
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interest in developing business partnership capabilities
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, with experience in financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
