Job Description:

The Role:

This Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the FI Central Finance Team delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business and finance partners.   The unique position supports central and line finance teams providing finance and business partner support and analysis. The associate will assist with monthly financial reviews, scorecard processes, annual planning processes, business pipelines and quarterly business reviews 

Success will require a strong associate with an analytic and data driven mindset, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosityYou will deliver strategic insights and analysis to inform business strategy and decision making; drive operationalization of the FI strategy, including measurement and evaluation of business performance and progress tracking of key initiatives. 

 

The Expertise & Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent with 3+ years of experience 

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen 

  • Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders 

  • Proven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountability 

  • Demonstrated ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The Team:

Fidelity Institutional serves a wide variety of institutional investors, wealth management firms, and retirement plans with access to Fidelity's proprietary investment management, trading, and financing solutions. The FI Central Finance team is responsible for providing an accurate and broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization.  

 

The base salary range for this position is $67,000-$105,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
