The Financial Analysis Manager, Marketing Finance will partner with Marketing leadership to own planning, forecasting, spend management, and investment analysis while connecting marketing performance to pipeline, topline growth, ROI, and financial targets. This role provides decision support to optimize resources, improve investment visibility, and align marketing spend to business priorities.
What You Will Do
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting for the Marketing organization.
- Manage and analyze marketing-driven pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and other topline growth metrics to assess performance against plan and guide investment decisions.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to improve visibility into funnel health, campaign impact, pipeline quality, and conversion performance.
- Monitor funnel progression across key stages, including lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion rates.
- Identify funnel gaps, leakage points, and performance trends to highlight where marketing programs are accelerating growth or require corrective action.
- Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate investments, spending priorities, business cases, and resource allocation decisions.
- Analyze marketing spend, performance trends, and ROI to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and growth impact.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and executive reporting to support strategic initiatives and decision-making, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and business performance insights.
- Drive process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy, investment visibility, and the connection between marketing spend and growth outcomes.
- Partner across Finance and Marketing to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, automate manual processes, improve data insights, and increase operational efficiency.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting Marketing or GTM functions.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and FP&A platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Adaptive, or Anaplan.
- Experience analyzing pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, demand generation performance, and other topline growth metrics strongly preferred.
- Power BI proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools preferred.
- Experience collaborating with BI and Data Analytics teams preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies to enhance finance processes and insights preferred.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect financial metrics to business drivers and translate insights into action.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments and drive organizational alignment.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $183,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
