Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. What you've got
- You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
- You are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
- You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You have experience with technical programs, including a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- You must be able to commit to a full-time, 11-week internship program
