About the Job
As the Finance of the Future - Senior Process Lead, you will play a critical role in transforming Takeda's global manufacturing finance operations. You'll lead efforts to standardize processes, reduce complexity, and drive efficiency across our global footprint-enhancing alignment and enabling strategic growth.
How You Will Contribute
- Lead global process harmonization and simplification across GMS Finance functions.
- Evaluate and streamline financial workflows, driving consistency across OpUs and sites.
- Design and implement a strategic roadmap to align with business goals and future readiness.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure successful process adoption.
- Establish KPIs to monitor and optimize the performance of financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus.
- Promote innovation and best practices in financial operations and systems.
- Facilitate communication and training to support effective transitions across the organization.
What You Bring to Takeda
- Strong expertise in manufacturing finance.
- Deep knowledge of financial processes in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- Proven track record in leading global transformation and change management initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills to handle large-scale initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills at all levels.
- Experience with SAP, TM1, HFM, and strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of SOX controls and IFRS accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, leverage digital tools, and support agile finance.
- A degree in Finance/Business Administration; MBA or CPA is a plus.
