  • Collaborate with the Creative & Brand team to develop compelling event experiences, booth materials, presentations, and collateral.
  • Own event budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and onsite execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Gather insights and feedback from brokers, employers, and attendees to inform future marketing initiatives and share learnings with Product Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve our field marketing efforts, experiment with new event formats, and maximize impact.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events, ideally in benefits, healthcare, insurance, or SaaS.

  • Strong budget management, vendor negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach. You're comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging brokers, HR leaders, executives, and internal teams.
  • Experience using CRM and event management platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
