What Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator, West. This key support role for Field Marketing is focused on the successful execution of marketing programs that build sales pipeline and enhance customer relationships for the sales organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a passion for event management and data-driven marketing. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create exceptional experiences for prospects, customers, and partners, ensuring that every event aligns with our mission to redefine cybersecurity.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of marketing programs that directly support the Sales Teams' objectives.
- Assist in the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including:
- Roadshows & Seminars: Coordinate logistics for events that showcase customer success stories and generate cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- C-Level Engagement: Support the rollout of targeted campaigns and exclusive events aimed at creating and accelerating high-value opportunities with key executives.
- Partner & Alliance Marketing: Help integrate co-branded marketing activities with key partners into the regional marketing strategy.
- Whitespace & Acquisition: Support programs focused on acquiring new contacts and penetrating target accounts within untapped markets.
- Assist the Field Marketing Manager in delivering diverse marketing initiatives, including customer roadshows, C-level engagement programs, partner co-marketing, and new account acquisition campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for regional events (trade shows, seminars, partner summits), overseeing timelines, project plans, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Act as a marketing liaison for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to leverage marketing programs that drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.
- Partner with the SDR organization for post-event follow up.
- Track program performance and campaign metrics using Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau, and support the Field Marketing Manager in reporting results and ROI to sales and marketing leadership.
- Assist in the management and reconciliation of the field field marketing budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked accurately and adhere to company policies.
What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supporting B2B events, including financial management, project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., Cvent, JiffleNow, Rainfocus, Knak, Splash) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Creative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging and results-driven experiences.
