What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with our East regional sales and marketing teams to develop and execute field and channel marketing plans that drive pipeline attainment goals. The Field Marketing Coordinator will play an active role with the area sales team to ensure they benefit from global marketing programs and execute regional and channel programs to ensure success across all territories.  

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager in delivering diverse marketing initiatives, including:
    • Trade shows and events to showcase customer success and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities
    • Roadshows and workshops to demonstrate the power of SentinelOne 
    • Partner/ Alliances Marketing programs: execute partner co-marketing programs with VARs and strategic technology partners
    • Whitespace marketing programs: targeting new contacts and account acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end logistics for regional events (trade shows, seminars, partner summits), overseeing timelines, project plans, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
  • Act as a marketing liaison for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to leverage marketing programs that drive cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with the SDR organization for post-event follow-up.
  • Track program performance and campaign metrics using Salesforce (SFDC) and Tableau, and support the Field Marketing Manager in reporting results and ROI to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Assist in the management and reconciliation of the field marketing budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked accurately and adhere to company policies.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events
  • Passion for inspecting and reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results
  • Passion for working with sales to generate pipeline and drive the business. Ability to collaborate and influence others cross-functionally.
  • Success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and demonstrate return on investment
  • Comfortable with day-to-day execution and longer-term planning
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Cybersecurity marketing experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel 25% of the time

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$80,000$100,000 USD
