Innovation and curiosity drive our culture, connecting businesses and individuals through cutting-edge solutions. Join us if you're passionate about enhancing wellness through technology.

The Role You’ll Play
  • Build and grow ClassPass’s network of fitness, wellness, and emerging vertical partners by connecting with high-potential studios, spas, and spaces in Nashville and throughout your broader region.
  • Lead with a Field Sales-first approach—visiting 10–15 venues daily, attending local events, and actively nurturing relationships with industry insiders to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, using a mix of in-person drop-ins, meetings, and smart follow-ups to hit and exceed monthly acquisition goals.
  • Represent ClassPass as a true local expert, identifying top talent and untapped experiences that elevate our offering and meet subscriber demand.
  • Travel regularly throughout your regional territory (more than 50% of the time), leveraging both field and inside sales strategies to maintain pipeline momentum and conversion rates.
  • Track key performance metrics, optimize outreach at every stage, and collaborate across teams to deliver value and results that last.
The Experience You Bring
  • 2+ years of fast-paced B2B sales experience, ideally in SMB or SaaS, with a strong track record of hitting or beating goals.
  • Mastery of full-cycle sales, with sharp instincts on pipeline efficiency, lead quality, and negotiation.
  • Deep familiarity with Nashville’s fitness and wellness scene—and strong local connections that give you a head start.
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt, iterate, and grow through feedback.
  • Comfortable navigating Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite to manage leads and track performance.
  • Based in Nashville and ready to hit the ground running—whether in your own vehicle or on public transit—to connect with partners face to face.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
