FFS Independently Licensed Clinicians

You'll have the opportunity to develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, tailored to your preferences. Provide impactful, evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a wide range of clients. Collaborate and actively contribute within our dynamic multi-disciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes. Plus, you can further your professional growth with monthly training sessions and a variety of educational opportunities!
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and provide consultation to clients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
  • Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs and preferences for a range of clients and clinical presentations — children, adolescents, adults, families, couples — using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Participate in peer consultation, individual and group clinical supervision, in-house training, and professional development.
  • Receive office and administrative support, billing and intake management, electronic health records access, and credentialing support.

Requirements:

  • Independent licensure required
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting
  • Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred
  • CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training.
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.  Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range
$65,000$105,000 USD
