As a FE Central QE Program Engineer, you will play a meaningful role in our engineering team, driving quality initiatives and ensuring seamless product integration. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our success.
Responsibilities:
Successfully implement and lead all aspects of quality engineering programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address quality issues, ensuring exceptionally high standards are met.
Conduct rigorous testing and validation to deliver flawless products to market.
Develop and maintain documentation for quality assurance processes and procedures.
Manage Non-conforming dies (NCD), excursions, variation, and deviations for all Micron Fabs as part of the worldwide Quality Team.
Surface concerns in the network and devise strategies to address these concerns.
Manage activities based on insights from network Quality performance in Frontend nonconformance materials and support Fab expansion activities in the US.
Show proficiency in managing programs that require working closely with customers, partners, and team members from different departments.
Apply data collected from the line to drive projects and support deploying initiatives across different geologic locations.
Prefer to have an understanding of data analytics skills to provide actionable insights to existing data.
Understand the impact of site NCD and the cost of non-conformance performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in quality engineering within a high-tech environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to quality protocols.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
More than 2 years experience in the memory or storage industry.
Proficiency with quality management systems and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead quality initiatives and compete at a global scale.
