We are seeking an experienced and proactive Expert Technical Product Implementation Specialist to lead our CSC Entity Management client retention program, focusing on increasing product "stickiness" and strengthening long-term customer relationships. In this highly strategic role, you will own initiatives that deeply engage existing clients, ensuring they realize sustained value from our solutions. Additionally, with a strong client-first mindset, you will leverage your technical expertise to oversee upmarket Entity Management software implementations-including complex data migration, tailored training, and API integrations-ensuring a seamless experience that supports client success from onboarding through long-term adoption.

Additionally, with a strong client-first mindset, you will leverage your technical expertise to oversee upmarket Entity Management software implementations-including complex data migration, tailored training, and API integrations-ensuring a seamless experience that supports client success from onboarding through long-term adoption.
Some of things you will be doing:
- Spearhead the CSC Entity Management client retention program, developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for existing clients, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of our platform.
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Management and cross-functional teams to anticipate client needs, proactively resolve challenges, and drive adoption initiatives.
- Analyze client feedback, usage patterns, and feature adoption to tailor retention strategies.
- Lead and manage upmarket Entity Management software implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding through meticulous planning and execution.
- Oversee complex client data migrations to ensure integrity, completeness, and security during transition from competitor systems.
- Facilitate technical API integrations between our platform and client systems to optimize workflows and data exchange.
- Develop and deliver role-specific client training programs to maximize platform adoption and proficiency.
- Create and maintain best practice documentation to support consistent, efficient implementations.
- Partner with commercial sales teams by providing technical expertise during the sales process, including implementation-related project plans, RFP responses, and solution design.
- Collect and communicate competitive intelligence and client insights to Product Management, helping to refine and enhance our offerings.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Entity Management systems administration, software implementation, or product management role(s).
- Proven success driving customer retention and strengthening long-term client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of data migration, API integration, and software configuration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a problem-solving approach.
