About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, which is part of Consumer Lending. This team is responsible for the ideation, implementation, support and success of all marketing platforms that enable the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing. We are seeking new team members with prior product management leadership experience who are adept at managing all aspects of product strategy and execution, inclusive of engaging with cross-functional teams that both create and use the tools (operations/strategy CoE etc.).

You will lead certain functions within the Marketing Experience Development & Optimization team which encompasses a suite of platform capabilities that help marketers develop, test and personalize digital experiences. Your product management experience should include leading a team or teams that are or have implemented the use of Adobe Target / Experience Manager or a broader Adobe product suite for Marketing purposes.

You will have expert knowledge of how these systems work and be able to drive and influence the strategy and execution across product, business, technical and analytics cross-functional teams. You will also have deep knowledge of leveraging agile methodology to drive out results and engage across scrum teams, PI planning, and backlogs. This role requires both strategic vision and effective execution skills, with financial services experience highly desired.

In this role, you will:

You will partner across teams to enable the success of the firm’s Experience Development & Optimization programs. This will require a diverse set of responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with Marketing channel strategy leaders, Marketing content management teams, line of business marketers and digital marketing, partnering closely with the Head of Experience Optimization Strategy.
  • Continue to establish and evangelize the product strategy and roadmap to deliver a scalable platform that will be best-in-class, meet the critical needs of the business, and be an important part of an integrated broader MarTech stack.
  • Support and enable teams who are executing against this strategy, ensuring a consistent and effective go to market approach with a keen focus on partner management, issue resolution and delivering outcomes.
  • Drive an effective risk management framework for the platforms to ensure product health, appropriate risk assessments, implementation of controls and monitoring of their effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience supporting marketing and analyst communities using experimentation products such as Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Expert knowledge of how these systems work and ability to engage across product, business, technical and analytics cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop a strategic vision and effectively evangelize and execute within a large institution.
  • Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive out results and leading scrum teams, agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlogs.
  • Financial services experience is highly desired, or equivalent digital consumer experience.

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
