Overview

Payment processing is a core component of the Cash Management product line. In this respect the Business is considered a top tier provider processing over 300k high value / wire payments per day across 26 locations with a total value of around EUR 1,000bn. As the Payment Data Product Manager, you will focus on the end-to-end risk management of US Payment processing.

What You’ll Do

  • Functional reviews of end-to-end payment flows, with a specific focus on the data flow and quality

  • Mapping emerging and identified risk and control gaps as part of the product risk review process

  • Ensure alignment of the US payment risk and control framework to the global teams across risk and data management

  • Work in close cooperation with other Cash teams, such as Sales and other corporate functions covering IT and Operations to maintain and develop the product offering

  • Define, document, and implement all underlying business requirements and market problems 

  • Manage Dependencies, Risks, and Issues in close interaction with the payment’s domain Tribe Leads

Skills You’ll Need

  • Payment product knowledge and some operations and technology background

  • Experience in process and product management across different business areas, such as Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Ops and IT

  • Some previous experience within the US payment environment would be helpful but not required

  • Capable of independent and pragmatic work style, guaranteeing high degree of solutions and delivery achievements 

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to take initiative

  • Effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
