We’re seeking a motivated, high-energy, and experienced Expense Report Auditor to join our virtual Controller Shared Services (CSS) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for auditing and processing expense reports received through the SAP Concur system as well as paper workflows. The expense reports must be processed timely and accurately in accordance with Leidos policy and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). In addition, you will be responsible for managing rework items, which may involve directly interfacing with Leidos and subcontractor employees.

THE MISSION
The Controller Shared Service mission is to provide smarter frontline experience that embodies the core values of Leidos.
Your Role, Your Impact:
One of the ways we provide excellent customer service is by processing Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner which are received via Service Now. Tickets can be anything related to employee expenses but primarily centered around training, SAP Concur, and policy related questions.
You will audit domestic and international expense reports in the SAP Concur system and ensure compliance and cost allocations are in accordance with Leidos policies and FTR regulations. As an auditor, you must also manage rework expense reports as necessary.
Another critical task is to audit paper expense reports for offline employees and manually key the payment information into the general ledger (Costpoint).
Working on a smaller team will also require you to cross-train across multiple audit queues as well as complete special assignments as directed by management. An example of a special assignment could include helping with an external and/or internal audit request.
The team hosts a live monthly training session for Leidos employees, and you will have the opportunity to participate by engaging directly with the attendees.
A key skill for success in this position is concise communication. You MUST have the ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner both written and verbally. This includes working with Managers, subcontractors, and other Leidos employees throughout the organization.
As an Expense Report Auditor, you will be considered an SAP Concur and T&E policy SME which will require you to Interface with employees to resolve issues related to expense reports, including rework items, allowability, and payment status.
To be successful, you must be a team player who is able to work independently to ensure timely completion of all tasks, while also prioritizing and resolving time sensitive matters which are considered urgent.
You will be required to work overtime as needed
Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 3 years of related auditing experience
Excellent customer service skills and a team player
Ability to multi-task and proactively prioritize/resolve time sensitive matters with urgency
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience working in SAP Concur
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business related field; OR an Associate’s degree with 2 years’ experience
Previous exposure to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, DCAA, or other regulatory policies
Proven ability working in government or other highly regulated environments
Experience working as an auditor in Expense Reporting or Accounts Payable
Experience working in Deltek/Costpoint systems
Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,000 to $52,000 determined by your experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and location. We’re committed to providing competitive pay that reflects the value you bring to our team.
