About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Executive Recruiter to join our executive hiring function. This role goes beyond filling positions - you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best executive talent with speed, precision, and innovation.
You will be responsible for creating a world-class executive recruiting experience by leveraging technology, driving process excellence, and delivering consistent, detail-oriented execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology, and can balance strategy with flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and HRBP's to define hiring needs and create tailored search strategies.

• Source, engage, and assess top executive talent across industries, with a focus on speed to pipeline and quality of hire.

• Leverage recruiting technologies, data, and automation to streamline search, reporting, and candidate tracking.

• Drive a high-touch, detail-oriented candidate experience, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications and logistics.

• Build diverse candidate slates and actively develop talent pipelines for current and future executive needs.

• Deliver insights and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions and long-term talent strategies.

• Manage search processes end-to-end while maintaining a bias for action and results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive recruiting experience, either in-house or at a top retained search firm.

• Proven track record of delivering executive hires quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Deep familiarity with recruiting technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled sourcing platforms).

• Meticulous attention to detail with a reputation for accuracy, polish, and follow-through.

• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence and partner with executives.

• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
