We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Producer with the expertise, creativity, and strategy to turn client goals into highly engaging event experiences. This hands-on role involves orchestrating every detail—from pre-event planning to flawless on-site execution—all while ensuring seamless collaboration and meaningful results.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end production for events; ensure smooth planning and execution, from initial client pitch to post-event reconciliation.​
  • Lead and develop impactful event journeys, integrating creative narratives into attendee touchpoints across pre-event, on-site, and post-event stages.
  • Represent the business in client meetings, fostering strong relationships and providing consultative solutions that align event concepts with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative designers, technical staff, account managers, operational teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.
  • Lead event-specific communication with clients, ensuring professionalism and consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Design and oversee detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure events are delivered profitably, on-time, and on budget.
  • Partner with technical vendors to identify audiovisual, scenic / staging, and audio requirements; facilitate the creation of show flows and technical running orders.
  • Provide on-site support for event execution, ensuring flawless delivery and addressing any day-of-event needs or challenges.
  • Evaluate post-event outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive solutions and innovations that elevate production and create a competitive edge for the business.

What We're looking For:

  • Proven Production Expertise: At least 10+ years of experience in event production, including working on high-profile, global events. – Agency preferred
  • Creative Vision Meets Practicality: Ability to produce CAD drawings and ensure precise execution, that aligns with the creative design is preferred.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and vendor partners, driving collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Exceptional Client Engagement: Confidence in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and continuously building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with advanced audiovisual and staging techniques ensures that your events not only tell a story but wow audiences.
  • Budget and Time Management: Skilled at delivering financially viable projects while respecting tight timelines and stringent deadlines.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Focused on efficiency, achieving measurable outcomes, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of event production.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
