We are seeking an Executive Director, Partner Growth & Marketing to build and lead the partner growth engine for Health100. This role is responsible for defining and scaling the B2B narrative, demand generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement approach that drives partner adoption and commercial outcomes.

This is a foundational leadership role reporting into the Head of Marketing for Health100. It requires a builder-operator who can define strategy, build the team and systems, and drive measurable pipeline and adoption outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

The Role in Context

This role is responsible for building and scaling the partner growth engine for Health100 as part of the broader platform marketing system. It will define how the platform is positioned, sold, and adopted across priority partner audiences, including employers and commercial clients, health plans and PBMs, pharmacies, pharma and life sciences companies, and digital health partners. The role operates in a startup-like environment and requires flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the end-to-end partner growth strategy and execution, driving demand generation, pipeline development, and partner adoption
  • Define and evolve the Health100 B2B narrative and value proposition across priority partner audiences
  • Develop audience-specific positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials for priority partner segments, including employers, health plans and PBMs, pharmacies, pharma and life sciences companies, and digital health partners
  • Build and scale demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs in partnership with Sales and Commercial Teams
  • Own and scale the sales enablement system, including messaging, tools, and materials that support deal progression
  • Build and continuously optimize a scalable partner growth engine using performance data and insights
  • Develop high-quality, executive-ready and sales-facing materials, including presentations and strategic narratives
  • Build and scale the partner marketing function, including team, operating model, and core capabilities
  • Serve as the primary connection point between Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Define and own success metrics tied to pipeline, deal progression, and partner adoption
  • Operate as a hands-on leader, contributing directly to strategy and content creation

What Success Looks Like

  • Health100 has a clear, differentiated partner value proposition across all audiences
  • Marketing efforts drive measurable improvements in pipeline, deal progression, and partner adoption
  • Sales teams are confident and well-enabled with consistent, high-quality materials
  • Partner marketing efforts are coordinated, effective, and scalable
  • The partner growth function is built to support long-term commercial success

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B, product, or technology marketing, with a focus on enterprise or platform offerings
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling marketing teams, functions, and go-to-market models
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, drive demand generation, and support sales enablement
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to create clear, high-quality presentations and sales materials
  • Experience managing outside agency partners and cross-functional marketing relationships.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, build-mode environments
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach with a hands-on, resourceful approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating within complex, regulated, or highly matrixed environments, ideally while building or scaling net-new capabilities

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
