Overview
You will partner directly with an executive leader known for being open, honest, and direct, serving as a trusted business partner and right hand in a highly visible, fast‑paced environment.
In this role, you will provide sophisticated executive support while helping drive organizational alignment across internal initiatives, external engagements, and cross‑functional leadership priorities. While the primary focus is direct support to this executive leader, there may be opportunities to extend support as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities
Manage a complex, fast‑moving calendar for an executive leader; proactively anticipate needs and resolve conflicts
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials, and technology setup
Plan and manage domestic and international travel with precision and attention to detail
Process expenses and purchase orders accurately and on time
Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal teams, customers, and external partners
Prepare and refine presentations, meeting materials, and status updates
Understand organizational priorities and ensure the right stakeholders are included at the right time
Build agendas and gather materials for weekly staff meetings
Support budget tracking, project coordination, and operational initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and information flow
Experience and Knowledge:
Experienced Executive Assistant with 3–7 years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments; startup experience is strongly preferred.
Comfortable operating “in the weeds” while maintaining a strategic understanding of priorities.
Highly adaptable—able to pivot quickly, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
Strong sense of judgment and ability to maintain strict confidentiality understands the visibility and expectation that comes with supporting executives at this level.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across teams.
Deep experience managing international travel and complex itineraries.
Passionate about being an Executive Assistant as a long-term career path—not just in the role temporarily.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $75,000-$95,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and, if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.
