Provide remote administrative support to executives: manage schedules and travel, prepare correspondence and presentations, coordinate communications, assist with meetings and minutes, and research for special projects.
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential support to our executive team at Betterment. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our executives can operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda creation and minutes documentation.
- Conduct research and compile information for special projects as requested.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to have
- Experience in a financial services or technology environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
