Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and proactive in handling executive-level tasks, including calendar management, communication coordination, and special project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage executives’ schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Documentation: Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking and managing special projects as assigned by the executive team.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25+ per hour (depending on experience).
