About Qualytics

At Qualytics, we help organizations trust the data their business runs on. Our data trust platform brings data quality, master data management, data observability, and data catalog together in one place, with data quality at its core. We go beyond surface-level checks to assess data row by row, deriving expectations directly from the data and surfacing findings from the first scan, so teams catch silent errors, unexpected changes, and anomalies before they cause real-world consequences.

We work with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in the world, where trusted data has a direct impact on performance, compliance, and strategic decisions. Joining Qualytics means you'll help put our story in front of the data leaders who need it, and you'll see the influence of your work firsthand. If you're organized, curious, and ready to grow with a company solving foundational problems, let's talk.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own Qualytics’ events and social channels day to day, from planning through follow-up and reporting. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership, and you’ll see directly how events and social drive pipeline at an early-stage software company.

This is a fully remote, hands-on role on a lean team, with your time split roughly evenly between events and social. It’s built for someone with a few years of experience running events and social for a brand, who is highly organized, writes well, and wants to grow a career in marketing.

What You'll Do

Events

  • Own event logistics: Manage registration, booth materials, shipping, vendors, and travel for conferences, trade shows, and partner events, from contract to wrap-up.

  • Run the event calendar: Own timelines, checklists, and deadlines for every event, track spend against budget, and flag risks early.

  • Work on-site at select events: Handle booth setup and teardown, support the team during the event, and capture content for social.

  • Run virtual events: Set up webinar platforms, manage registration pages and reminder emails, and handle recordings and replays.

  • Support Qualytics-hosted events: Work with marketing, sales, and vendors on our own events, including attendee recruiting, speaker coordination, and on-site support as needed.

  • Find speaking opportunities: Identify and pitch conferences, panels, podcasts, and webinars where Qualytics executives could speak, and manage submissions and deadlines.

  • Own event follow-up: Get every attendee and lead list into HubSpot, tagged and routed to the right sales rep.

  • Report on event results: Track cost, leads, and pipeline for each event, and recommend what to keep, change, or cut.

Social Media

  • Own the social publishing calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn and other channels, including before, during, and after events.

  • Write social posts: Draft posts in Qualytics’ brand voice for the company page and employee advocates, with marketing review.

  • Repurpose content: Turn blogs, case studies, interviews, webinars, and event moments into short posts and simple graphics.

  • Monitor and engage: Respond to comments, track mentions, and flag conversations worth joining.

  • Report on performance: Track reach, engagement, and follower growth each month, and use what you learn to improve the calendar.

What You Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or events

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

  • Experience planning and running events end to end, at a company, agency, or nonprofit

  • Experience managing social accounts for a brand, with examples and results you can share

  • Clear, careful writing and strong attention to detail

  • Strong organization and follow-through across many tasks, vendors, and deadlines

  • Comfort working with numbers: tracking costs, leads, and engagement, and explaining what they mean

  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), webinar software, and image or video editing tools

  • Willingness to travel 3–6 times per year, including some evenings and weekends around events

Why Work Here?

We’re flexible, honest, and collaborative. We support and challenge one another. We’re united by curiosity and rigor. And we’re lifelong learners, always pursuing personal and professional growth.

Perks
  • Competitive salary and equity—we pay for excellence

  • Unlimited vacation and company-wide holidays

  • Medical, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits

  • Opportunities for conference attendance and public speaking

  • Fun, remote-friendly culture with Slack GIF wars and team camaraderie

  • Note: Remote within the U.S. and Canada; no visa sponsorship available

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
