About Cove
We are on a mission to build software and create in-person experiences that transform the way people engage with their physical environment. We do this by partnering with real estate owners and operators to put the experience in everyone's hands. Since 2013, our vision has always been to create great spaces, provide great service, and use technology to make everything easier. With operations in our DNA, we have built a dynamic platform to connect the physical and digital worlds -turning real estate into a consumer-driven experience that brings people to the forefront.
Role Overview
The Event & Field Marketing Manager will own Cove's full event strategy-from intimate ABM dinners to executive experiences to large-scale industry trade shows. You'll design high-impact events that deepen customer relationships and accelerate enterprise deals already in motion. This role sits at the center of sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership, ensuring every event drives measurable revenue outcomes.
This is not a "run logistics" role. It's a strategic position for someone who knows how to create the right environment, with the right people, to move a prospect from interest to opportunity.
What You'll Do
Event Strategy & Execution
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of all Cove events-ABM dinners, VIP executive experiences, customer roundtables, trade shows, partner activations, and product-focused events.
  • Organize user-focused events, meetups, and onsite experiences that deepen platform engagement, showcase new capabilities, and create natural pathways for upsells across customer portfolios.
  • Build a structured playbook for turnout, engagement, and follow-through for each event type.
  • Develop event concepts that feel premium, personal, and tailored to top accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales to identify who should attend, why, and what success looks like.
  • Manage budgets, venues, vendors, catering, logistics, swag, and travel.

ABM & Revenue Impact
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure every event ties directly to pipeline goals.
  • Map target accounts and curate personalized experiences that help convert them into opportunities.
  • Track event ROI-from attendance → engagement → meetings → opportunities → revenue.
  • Build structured pre-event, during-event, and post-event workflows alongside Sales.

Brand Experience & Storytelling
  • Ensure every event reflects Cove's premium brand and the "Where AI Meets Utility" identity.
  • Build experiences that show-not tell-Cove's value, product story, and customer impact.
  • Partner with design to source visuals, signage, collateral, and event-specific assets.

Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Create meaningful experiences for existing customers-roundtables, open houses, portfolio visits-to drive expansion and retention.
  • Collaborate with Cushman & Wakefield and other major partners on co-hosted experiences.

What Success Looks Like
  • Increased attendance from top accounts
  • Higher opportunity creation rates post-event
  • A repeatable event playbook that Sales and Marketing rely on
  • Executive-level events that leave a lasting impression
  • Seamless execution-from first invite to post-event follow-up
  • Strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Who You Are
  • 4-8+ years in field marketing & event marketing roles.
  • Experience hosting highly curated events for enterprise buyers.
  • Strong project management background-detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior executives and high-profile partners.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline, sales cycles, and revenue alignment.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for finding unique, memorable event ideas.
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendors.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, facilities, or operations tech
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience planning events with high profile guests/attendees
  • Comfortable navigating major conferences (Realcomm, BOMA, etc.)

Why Join Cove
  • Work directly with leadership on high-visibility, high-impact programs
  • Own a core revenue-driving function
  • Be part of a company shaping the future of building operations and tenant experience
  • Competitive comp, benefits, and a chance to build something meaningful
    Salary range:
    $80,000 - $120,000
