Job summary
As a Senior Analyst in Equity Research, you will lead coverage of approximately 20 stocks in the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sector. You'll publish reports and recommendations, engage with institutional clients and internal partners, and build management and industry relationships to deepen your expertise and drive the success of our research franchise.
Job responsibilities
  • Serve as an industry expert and thought leader for Life Science Tools & Diagnostics, leading coverage of ~20 stocks
  • Engage with institutional investor clients and internal partners to share investment recommendations and insights
  • Build and sustain management and industry relationships, facilitating corporate access through conferences, events, and non-deal roadshows
  • Support Capital Markets with investor education and due diligence during equity offerings
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models to forecast company financials and project industry dynamics
  • Perform detailed valuation work to support stock recommendations
  • Write research notes and sector reports, and prepare presentations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of senior analyst experience covering Life Science Tools & Diagnostics
  • Established client and corporate relationships
  • Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business communication skills, including modeling, forecasting, and valuation experience
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven team management ability
  • FINRA Series 86 and Series 87 licenses and/or CFA
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Global Research
  • Embrace technology to drive innovation and efficiency
