Equipment Reliability Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Equipment Reliability Engineering Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
In this role, you will be working with Maintenance Personnel to improve key metrics such as Total Maintenance Cost, Time To Repair, and PM compliance. During this time, you will be working closely with the team building systems around spare parts, maintenance consumables, and equipment instruments ensuring that those items are available, and lead times for replacements are clear.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee the inventory, ordering, and distribution of spare parts ensuring they are readily available
• Implement efficient methods and procedures for maintenance department
• Reimagine spare parts area and location of parts
• Prepare reports for spare parts usage
What We Seek:
• High School Diploma or certified equivalent, and/or some education obtained through a tech school, college, or related courses.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relatable work experience
• Standard Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 16:30, some overtime required.

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
• Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform repetitive motions like bending, stooping, and reaching.

Compensation: $25-$30/per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
