We're seeking a full-time Entry Level Sales Manager for our Boston location. The Entry Level Sales Manager is responsible to reach set sales goals in his/her territories. We are looking for goal-oriented, self-starters looking for a rewarding career in our promotional marketing and sales firm specializing in consumer outreach, loyalty, and brand recognition. We offer competitive compensation packages plus uncapped commissions on top of exciting work culture.
Entry Level Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Build upon and maintain relationships with loyal customers and new customer acquisitions
- Cultivate new sales opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
- Execute sales and marketing strategies
- Support all sales team members and work within our other departments to learn a variety of diverse skills
- Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within a territory
- Provide exceeding customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Have an understanding of product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
Entry Level Sales Manager Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years experience in a sales, customer service, customer facing role or related field is preferred but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, determined and confident
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
- Travel is required
