Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Support the management of company social media accounts and contribute to content planning and posting.
• Help monitor media coverage and compile regular reports for the communications team.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for events, including promotions and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and update the organization's website and digital platforms.
• Assist in drafting speeches, presentations, and internal communications as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
