Job Description: Strategic Technology Partners LLC (www.stpfederal.com) has an opportunity for an Entra ID / IAM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise identity and access management solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You will support secure identity services, access controls, and authentication systems that enable workforce and application access across the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM environments supporting authentication and authorization services
• Implement and support identity lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and access governance processes
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and identity federation services
• Support hybrid identity environments integrating Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID using synchronization and federation tools
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to integrate enterprise systems with IAM solutions
• Perform identity security assessments, access reviews, tenant hardening, and policy enforcement aligned with security standards
• Monitor authentication activity, identity events, and access logs using SIEM and security monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, federation, and access-related issues across cloud and enterprise environments
• Support IAM governance initiatives aligned with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and federal cybersecurity best practices
• Maintain documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures for IAM environments
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, or Active Directory environments
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
• Experience with identity governance, RBAC, privileged access management concepts, and access review processes
• Experience working with Azure or AWS cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in identity and access systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirement: A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field preferred

Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Federal Clearance. No exceptions can be made

Location: The position is remote with occasional visits to the federal office for administrative matters.
