Title: Enterprise Sales Manager
Summary of Role
Enterprise Sales Managers will work with some of our largest customer accounts in the heavy building materials industry. Our customers build the infrastructure of our country, and our sales team digitizes the processes around them. This role will partner with business development representatives to help generate opportunities that closely align with customer success, marketing/lead generation, and product owners internally. This role will ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers.
How You’ll Succeed
-Create and maintain relationships within your defined accounts from C-Suite to Regional Management, IT, Operations, and Back Office personnel understanding their business needs and priorities from a top down perspective -Generate net new revenue and grow existing revenue through selling SaaS and mobile solutions along with hardware, subscription, and professional services
-Create and maintain business pipeline and forecasts through Salesforce and Clari CRM applications
-Win projects and enterprise sales by actively prospecting, presenting, and selling complex products/services to Producers, Suppliers, and General Contractors
- Build and cultivate pipelines that convert leads into booked revenue
- Achieve sales goals by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
What You Bring
-Experience finding new business along with developing and maintaining existing accounts
-High level acumen in presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
-Proven track record of managing and growing within a sales territory or account base utilizing a consultative sales and entrepreneurial mindset
-Minimum of 5+ years selling SaaS software to both projects and enterprises
-Leverage CRM (Salesforce and Clari) and project database systems
-Team player in ability to work with Solution Specialists, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to make cohesive presentations and communications with customers
