The Account Executive manages the sales process for small accounts, focusing on prospecting, onboarding, customer success, and renewals while building strong customer relationships.

Manage and grow enterprise accounts in the heavy building materials industry by generating new revenue, selling SaaS, mobile, hardware, subscriptions and services, maintaining pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce/Clari, prospecting and closing complex deals, and coordinating with solution, implementation, customer success and product teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Own revenue modeling, sales reporting, and commission program design/administration. Maintain ARR models, analyze GTM metrics (margin, retention, bookings), support forecasting and target setting, administer commission platform (CaptivateIQ), prepare executive reporting, and drive process improvements and automation across FP&A and GTM teams.
