About the Role:

As an Enterprise ERP Program Manager at Packaged Agile, you will lead mission-critical ERP transformation initiatives, managing complex, multi-year programs and interrelated projects across business units. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure all efforts are aligned and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This onsite role in Billerica, MA requires deep experience in ERP implementations and program management, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive execution in a matrixed environment. You’ll report to the Director, IT PMO and work with senior leadership to provide visibility into program health and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing ERP programs and sub-projects throughout the full lifecycle
• Developing and managing detailed project documentation: charters, WBS, schedules, communication plans, training/testing/validation/deployment plans, and more
• Managing complex resource strategies and forecasting needs across teams and vendors
• Providing regular updates on scope, budget, timeline, and risk to senior stakeholders
• Overseeing Smartsheet tracking for program deliverables, status, dependencies, and issues
• Driving integration across workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing recommendations based on data and sound judgment
• Leading cross-functional teams with empathy, structure, and accountability

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree required
• PMP Certification required
• 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in program management
• 7+ years of experience leading ERP implementations from initiation through post-go-live support
• 5+ years of experience managing in matrixed environments with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience in client or patient-facing settings
• 5+ years of experience using Smartsheet to manage program deliverables and timelines
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage ambiguity

Strongly Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with healthcare ERP projects (e.g., Infor, Oracle, SAP)
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet
• Familiarity with biotech operations such as finance and supply chain
