Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for an Enterprise Architect to serve as the primary technical leader responsible for delivering high-quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for developing architectural strategies, leading cross-functional delivery teams, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring successful implementation across complex Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystems.

The Enterprise Architect will partner closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, provide delivery oversight, and guide organizations through large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in project planning, solution architecture, team leadership, and overall customer success.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Architecture & Solution Design
  • Serve as the primary technical leader for enterprise digital experience and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Review, develop, and maintain architectural plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and oversee enterprise-level Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and integrations.
  • Ensure architecture decisions align with project scope, schedule, budget, and business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, solution roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
Delivery Leadership
  • Lead diverse, cross-functional, and multi-region delivery teams.
  • Align delivery activities with documented customer business objectives.
  • Support project planning activities including scope definition, delivery estimations, resource allocation, and timeline development.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively develop remediation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Drive accountability across teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Adobe Experience Cloud Strategy
  • Architect and deliver solutions across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products and capabilities.
  • Guide clients through digital marketing, customer experience, personalization, analytics, content management, and workflow transformation initiatives.
  • Provide expertise across Adobe Experience Platform and integrated Adobe solutions.
  • Evaluate architecture decisions with consideration for scalability, security, governance, integrations, and long-term maintainability.
  • Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives through best-practice architecture and consulting services.
Integration & Platform Architecture
  • Design and oversee integrations across Adobe and third-party enterprise platforms.
  • Provide expertise in REST APIs, cloud storage solutions, structured and unstructured data architectures, security, and data ingress/egress strategies.
  • Ensure interoperability between marketing, customer experience, commerce, CRM, analytics, and content management platforms.
  • Establish scalable integration patterns and architectural standards.
Client Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Present architectural recommendations and solution strategies to client leadership teams.
  • Adapt communications appropriately for technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-suite audiences.
  • Build strong client relationships while driving alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Support customer success through strategic consulting and solution leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience serving in a consultative leadership role as an Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Principal Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.
  • 4+ years of hands-on architecture and/or implementation experience with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories:
    • Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, or Marketo Engage
    • Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) or Audience Manager
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including App Builder
    • Adobe Commerce/Magento or comparable commerce platforms integrated with AEM
    • Adobe Target or Recommendations
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Schema and Query Services
    • Adobe Workfront Workflow, Planning, or Fusion
    • Adobe GenStudio, Express, or Firefly Services
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience producing project scope definitions, delivery estimates, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
  • Ability to diagnose delivery challenges and develop remediation plans.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, and similar ecosystems.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, cloud storage, structured and unstructured data, security, and data integration strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed delivery teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current Adobe Certified Expert certifications in AEM, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront.
  • Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem, including:
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
    • Data Management Platforms (DMPs)
    • Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
    • Marketing Automation
    • Omnichannel Personalization
    • Content Management Systems
    • CRM Platforms
    • Media Execution
    • Reporting and Analytics
  • Experience architecting or delivering native, Flutter, or React Native mobile applications.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to optimize workflows.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or managing AI agents and AI-powered solutions.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $210,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
