What you will do...
- Define the target architecture for a large federal health supply chain platform, and the path to get there from the systems in place today.
- Produce the current-state and future-state models that delivery teams actually build from.
- Stay ahead of the delivery teams on shared foundations, integration points and technical enablers.
- Work directly with customer stakeholders to turn operational needs into technical direction.
- Keep designs inside the customer's security, identity and accessibility standards without stalling delivery.
Minimum qualifications...
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-class systems, including target-state architecture for legacy modernization.
- Hands-on architecture modeling in DoDAF and UAF.
- Experience working within Agile at scale (SAFe preferred).
- Cloud migration architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or hybrid) for legacy applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation (Public Trust).
Preferred qualifications...
- Experience on federal health IT programs and their governance processes.
- Familiarity with additional enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, FEAF, Zachman).
- Supply chain, logistics, inventory, asset management, or EHR integration domain experience.
- Health data interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, CDA, DICOM.
- TOGAF, SAFe for Architects, or AWS/Azure professional-level architect certification.
- Experience with data migration architecture and legacy system decommissioning.
