Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Division Sales Leader and drive high-value strategic engagements with large enterprise accounts while aggressively pursuing targeted prospect acquisition.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who excels at building relationships with senior executives and navigating complex sales cycles. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic sales plans while receiving the support and resources needed to succeed in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Lead efforts to penetrate large enterprise organizations, engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders to forge long-term strategic partnerships

  • Strategic Account Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new high-value customer relationships while developing existing Strategic Accounts within the division

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct impactful exploratory discussions with senior decision-makers, uncovering business needs and demonstrating our unique value proposition

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract acceptance, ensuring effective project governance and collaboration

  • Account Transition Management: After establishing and developing new business relationships, manage a seamless transition to local territory representatives for ongoing account management

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal support teams, sales channels, and operational groups to streamline execution and drive results

  • Strategic Resource Utilization: Optimize tools, technology, and budgetary resources to maximize sales effectiveness and ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales with experience penetrating target organizations and developing opportunities from a greenfield state

  • Experience working with large companies at the senior executive level

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and drive deals to close

  • Strong business acumen with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in value-based, consultative selling of complex solutions and services

  • Self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and work independently

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively in matrix organizations

The approximate pay range for this position is $116K - $170K base salary + competitive incentive structure which may vary based on performance. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
