Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Golden’s volunteer management platform, from outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and close. Sell to large nonprofit organizations, engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, conduct consultative discovery and demos, navigate procurement and security diligence, build business cases, manage pipeline and forecasts, and provide market insights. The role also involves helping develop the enterprise sales motion and using AI and sales technologies to improve productivity.

Golden is an award winning all-in-one volunteer management platform that helps nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, and schools mobilize their communities . Golden was named #1 in Social Good on Fast Company's 2026 World's Most Innovative Companies list and recognized on Fortune's 2025 Change the World list.

The problem you'd solve: Nonprofit leaders know their programs need better infrastructure, but buying technology in this space is hard. There are many stakeholders, and the status quo feels safer than change. You'll earn the trust of executive stakeholders, translate Golden's platform into their language, and move complex organizations from interested to committed.

The role: You own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close, selling Golden's platform to large and enterprise nonprofit organizations. Your buyers sit across operations, volunteer management, community engagement, marketing and service. You build relationships with all of them, map organizational pain, and build the business case that unifies the buying group. You run consultative discovery, deliver demos, navigate procurement and security diligence, and negotiate contracts, with everyone from CEOs of global institutions to first-time program managers at local organizations. You work alongside Business Development, Client Strategy, consulting teams and external partners, and you feed what you learn in the field back into how Golden goes to market.

Why it's a builder seat: This is an IC role on a growing team, not a process-execution seat. The playbook isn't finished, and you'll help write it. Territories shift, the ICP sharpens as we learn, and what works this quarter may not work next. You'll use AI tools daily to move faster than your headcount would suggest. If you need a fully built sales machine, this isn't the role. If you want to build the enterprise motion yourself, it is.

Your first 90 days: Days 1 to 30, you learn the platform, ICP, competitive landscape and sales process, shadow calls, get demo-certified, build your target list and start outbound. Days 31 to 60, you run your own discovery and demos, generate qualified pipeline, and manage deals with coaching support. Days 61 to 90, you own a full pipeline with consistent activity, accurate forecasts, and field insights that sharpen the go-to-market. From there you own a revenue number and the pipeline to back it, and you run your territory like a business.

What we're looking for: You've closed enterprise B2B SaaS deals in the nonprofit sector, both new solutions and competitive displacements with multi-stakeholder buying cycles. You bring real relationships with nonprofit and social impact decision makers, and you've been consistently top-ranked at prior companies. You're a hunter who originates your own deals through outbound and carries them to close. You can explain why Golden wins, where alternatives fall short, and how Golden connects to a customer's existing systems through integrations and APIs. You're AI native, you live in HubSpot, LinkedIn, Slack and Google Workspace, and you keep your CRM immaculate. Above all, you care deeply about the social and nonprofit sector.

What we offer: A fully remote, full-time role based in the United States, selling award-winning software to organizations doing work that matters.

If you want to sell something that matters to people who care, and you're ready to build the enterprise sales motion alongside us, let's talk.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants.
