The Director of Enrollment Strategy will be responsible for working cross functionally to drive critical strategic enrollment initiatives through the organization that generate measurable impact for Bright Horizons centers. You will leverage your expertise in strategy and operations to help grow revenue. In this role, you will lead high-priority projects, tracking progress on key deliverables, and maintaining key plans. Strong skills in process development, program management, and the ability to influence and work in a matrixed environment are required. You will report directly to the VP Client and Enrollment Marketing as a lead on critical growth initiatives to evolve the enrollment experience. This is a great fit for someone in consulting who wants to move into the business lines.

This Hybrid role requires in-person work three days per week at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, and lead high-priority initiatives, monitoring progress, identifying obstacles, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive critical strategic growth projects partnering across the organization with center operations, client relations, multiple marketing teams to ensure enrollment goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with center business leadership on key strategies, goals and needs to evolve the business
  • Drive alignment across partners and key stakeholders and ensure consistent and clear communications. Keep business on track to meet key deliverables
  • Ensuring alignment of key initiatives, key deadlines, and organizational priorities. Track key deliverables and ensure teams stay on track
  • Identify key operational efficiencies in delivering enrollment goals
  • Business analysis and sharing of trends to leadership and  business partners. Be the expert of the enrollment operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, master in business a plus
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Consulting, strategy, business development

Additional Qualifications

  • Background in ed-tech, education background
  • Strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated
  • Ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision
  • Strong cross-functional communications skillset
  • Comfortable setting aggressive goals and exceeding them
  • Proven ability to operate at tactical, strategic, and operational levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated strategic and organizational agility.
  • Proficiency in planning and project organization, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong Power Point skills and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
  • Experience managing a team
